Open Outlook, right-click on the incoming mail. Received: in the Internet Header section of the Message Options, you can see the ip address of the incoming mail.

In the menu window that opens, say show source. When you click Show source, a page will open. Here, where it says Return-Path and from, the email address of the person who sent you the mail, and the IP that appears as X-Originating-IP between them is the IP number of the person who sent you this mail.
