What is a Blacklist?
Blacklists (DNSBL — DNS-based Blackhole List / RBL — Real-time Blacklist) are databases that contain IP addresses detected or suspected of sending spam.
Major email providers (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo etc.) check the sender's IP address against these lists before accepting incoming emails. If you are listed, your emails may be sent to spam or rejected entirely.

To, CC and BCC in Bulk Email
To (Recipient)
Contains the primary recipient(s) of your email. Multiple recipients are separated by semicolons. However, all recipients can see each other's email addresses.
CC (Carbon Copy)
Used to include additional recipients who should be aware of the email. Everyone can see who is CC'd. Best used when you want to keep others informed.
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
Use BCC when sending to multiple recipients while keeping each recipient's address private. This is the recommended method for bulk email sending.
