What is Spam?
Spam refers to unsolicited electronic messages sent in bulk, usually for commercial purposes, without the recipient's consent. In addition to email, SMS, social media messages, and forum comments can also be considered spam.
Spam senders use automated systems (botnets) to send messages to thousands or even millions of recipients simultaneously. This negatively impacts internet infrastructure, consumes bandwidth, and wastes recipients' time.
What is a Blacklist (DNSBL)?
Blacklists known as DNSBL (DNS-based Blackhole List) or RBL (Real-time Blacklist) are DNS-based databases that record IP addresses known or suspected of sending spam.
How to Get Removed from a Blacklist?
To get off a blacklist, you first need to identify your status, then fix the issue causing spam, and then apply to the relevant list provider.
